HOW TO PLACE ORDER TO US?

We are the factory and generally speaking, we do business with a NEW customer like the following process. It's almost the same between different products:dental floss picks, interdental brushes and dental floss.

STEP 1.At the first, we talked about all the order details, such as the packaging method, how many products in one pack, the trade terms (FCA, CNF, DDP etc.) and so on, we’ll quote you the prices and the lead time (samples can be provided);

STEP 2.The PI or contract will be provided once you accept the prices and lead time, you can make the deposit accordingly;

STEP 3.If you need, we can send you the packages layout for you can design the printing graphics;

STEP 4.We’ll make the production schedule for you against the deposit received;

STEP 5.You send us the printing design, then we provide the printing proof to you for your confirmation before bulk printing;

STEP 6.Production started after all packages done (if you need goods urgently, we can arrange to produce before packages printing, just waiting for packages ), the pre-production samples, in-process samples and samples before shipping are available;

STEP 7.After all goods done and passed QC, we show you photo and the balance should be arranged by you;

STEP 8.We (or you) arrange to book the shipment (or delivery goods to another pointed city of China) after received the balance;

STEP 9.The B/L, packing list and commercial invoice (Certificate of Origin) will be provided to you for you can do the customs in the destination port.

(If by L/C, please ignore the “deposit” and “balance” on above.)

For old customers re-ordering, it's simplified. Our old customer always say:"We plan to place new order 100% like the last." They benefit a lot from the products and our services for years.

1) As we are the manufacturer, so we sale in bulk, not retail.

2) If you are the distributors OR trading companies OR wholesalers OR importers or others who can order in bulk (reach to our MOQ), please feel free to contact us.

3) We accept the trial order or sample order for testing your market in the first order, but maybe with higher prices.
